Mr. Moinul Islam, a passionate and committed professional with more than Ten (10) years job experience in possible areas of Human Resource field, both in multinational and local companies. He also has acquired leadership from European sophisticated job style; since he used to live in United Kingdom (UK) more than eight years and also has visited USA, some European and Asian countries too.
At present, Mr. Islam is serving to Apollo Hospital (a sister concern of STS Group) as Senior Manager HR and left a multinational company named C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd; used to work as HR Manager. He used to work in EAT.; a British Food Chain Business in UK as HR Partner for a significant period of time as well as associated with “Age Concern- Tower Hamlets”, a renowned UK Govt. social service organization.
As HR manager, he has to make sure the positive shifting of the learning curve. At the same time, he has a preference to design training module with practical experience, group activities, case study, and some more effective tools rather than theoretical presentation. Mr. Islam has worked in the development and implementation areas of different organization’s training and development strategic learning plans.
